Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original Hansø Home packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
